Refund Policy

We stand behind every product in our catalog. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a purchase made on CodureStore.
Digital Products
CodureStore sells digital software products and license keys. Because these are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued and revealed to you.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a product does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This does not apply if the license key has been used in violation of our Terms.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund: the request must be made within 14 days of purchase; the issue must be reproducible and not caused by incompatible hardware or unsupported configurations; and you must give our support team a reasonable opportunity to help resolve the problem first.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for: free products; change of mind after the software has been downloaded and is working as described; or requests made after the 14-day window. Products clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout are also excluded.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@coduretech.dev with your order number (shown on your confirmation and in your account) and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
